How can I check the status of my order
Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and link via email and WhatsApp message.
How can I cancle my order ?
You can cancel your order by sending an email to nobeliteindia@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. However, it becomes challenging for us to cancel an order once the order has been shipped. How can I exchange and return my order?
We offer our customers an "only exchange policy," wherein you can raise a exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery
We need a proper invoice unboxing videos for the exchange as will as we will only exchange the same article without invoice and the unboxing videos we can't initiate the exchange.
We don't provide refund.
We have a reverse pick-up facility for most PIN codes. Exchange products are picked up within 2-4 business days by our own courier.

Note 1: For PIN codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners due to the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

Note 2: In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images - nobeliteindia@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, the exchange will be provided 2 to 3 working days.
How can i get my money back after the order is returned?
Once the oder is been picked by our courier partner and reaches us, Our team will get it checked and if the product found in the original condition, the refund or exchange will be processed.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered
Once the order is shipped, it typically takes 1-2 business days for major metros, 1-3 for state capitals, and 2-4 days for the rest of India. North Eastern States and region of Kashmir, it may take up to 4–7 business days to deliver your order.
Note: Depending on the shipping address and other variables (such as public holidays, severe weather, etc.), delivery time may change in certain cases.
How can I modify my oder i.e size or color change or anyother
Please send us an email at nobeliteindia@gmail.com with your order number and any changes you would like to make. We will make manual corrections for you. However, if an order is dispatched, it won't be possible for us to do the same.
